The Position SilverCrest Properties is currently recruiting for a FULL-Time Housekeeper at our Kingsley Shores in Lakeville, MN. This is a fast-paced position that provides excellent growth and advancement opportunities. Duties include: maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment related to the facility’s equipment according to SilverCrest Housekeeping policies and preventative housekeeping standards. Also, responding to residents/families/staff cleaning requests in a timely manner. This position may also assist in minor maintenance tasks, replacing light bulbs, etc. What We Are Looking For We are looking for a high energy, engaged candidate that will fit in with our culture of providing exceptional customer service. The candidate for this position must have the ability to move about the campus intermittently, have the mental and emotional health to cope with the stress, on call, and urgency or response as related to the position, have the health and energy to perform the requirements of the job as a member of the team, have the ability to lift, push, pull, and move the housekeeping cart and other equipment.
