Property management firm, have ongoing unit turnovers, sub-contracting out this one out and possibly others down the line. 1. Paint the walls white one color (was painted 2yrs ago white). No need to cover floors since its getting replaced by vinyl plank click floors. 2br apt less than 1k sq/ft. 2. Install vinyl plank floors, 1/4 rounds, about 800 sq/ft of flat space to floor. Broom cleaning up job site when done. Deep cleaning can do add-on $. Paint buckets we can provide or pay for the materials. We'll have carpet taken away by our hauler, or can handle as add-on $ task. Floor boxes will be delivered to site. The pictures are from 2yrs ago prior to tenant move in. Requirement: -experienced with apt turnovers as it relates to re-painting and experienced with laying vinyl plank floors. -we expect an experienced 2-man crew to start and finish in 3 days. $1500 base labor fee. $1750 if handling carpet haul away and deep cleaning as well.
