Hello I'm looking some travel help from someone who's well traveled. The locations I'm looking for must have all the following attributes.
1) Not US affiliated or not a strong US influence.
2) Good Soil for agriculture.
3) Nice weather all year round.
4) Not crowded / low population
5) Has business opportunities for starting a new business.
Please help if some places comes to mind.
