Fixing up a house in grafton. A lot of drywall and painting needs to be done as well as some carpentry and other little things. Depending on your productivity and skills I pay anywhere from $14-$20 hourly or a flat fee for completion of specific jobs (example replace the vanity $80, paint a room $250 based on productivity). I believe it will take about 3 weeks to finish so will be temporary. Let me know if your interested i basically work on it everyday right now
