Construction Helper & Experienced Construction Tradesman

I am in need of a helper for me on numerous construction and real estate projects as well as experienced construction tradesmen who can do bid or by the hour projects. My helper - I need 3-5 days a week, right now doing lots of sanding and refinishing wood floors, have lots of tile work to do, landscaping, ranch work and just about anything needed on remodeling or maintaining real estate properties. Pays $12 hour cash at the end of every other the week. This could turn into full time later. If you have experience in any of the trades, ranch or livestock experience, have reliable transportation, have a drivers license and have a clean criminal record that would be a plus. Tradesmen - I need plumbing, tile, tape/texture, HVAC, cabinetry, etc. Not looking for the full time company but rather the guys doing the side jobs after work at reasonable bid prices or hourly cash rates.
