Lofts on the Square Apartments is currently hiring for a part time Maintenance Technician to join our team! Lofts on the Square Apartments has 47 units that consist of Studios, 1BD and 2BD floorplans. This is a BRAND NEW REAB BUILDING!!! Below is an outline of job responsibilities but not limited to: Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Make Readies for vacant apartments for occupancy Must be able to do Emergency On-Call Rotation for property Work with Property Manager to ensure good customer service is performed on the maintenance side ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields at a minimum of 3 years Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload and lift 50lbs Deadline and detail-oriented HVAC Certification is a plus Sugar Creek Realty LLC is an equal opportunity employer
