Need help moving 2 counter tops from our driveway/entry way to our kitchen

We need help with moving 2 counter tops to our kitchen. One is 63 inches long that is in our entryway; the other one is 104 inches long that is in our driveway (pictured). We would like to move them on top of our kitchen cabinets. The people who moved them at their current location were 2 strong guys. We are located in Bremerton by the shipyard.
