The Janitorial Regional Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all activities within the janitorial calendar and demonstrating and implementing safe work practices and procedures. The ideal Janitorial Regional Supervisor will be highly organized, with experience managing large janitorial crews and events. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor work activities and schedules of team employees Assist in the hiring, on-boarding, and training of new employees Compile written reports Perform quality service, and safety inspections; monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, equipment, MSDS sheets updated in all areas and always instruct on safety Act as the conduit of information between management and front-line staff Calendar approval, calendar meeting and getting details for special events equipment and supplies needed with Area Managers Report employee personnel and customer issues to manager Provide corrective action recommendations on areas that need improvement Report any equipment broken and repairs needed in faculties to the maintenance depts and make sure of completion Take calls after hours, employees calling off work and filling in their schedules Ordering supplies from vendors/times picking up supplies Inventorying and stocking closets Knowledge of carpets and hard floors maintenance Qualifications Must have a minimum of a minimum of 3 years management experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to details Computer skills – ability to work in Microsoft Applications Must be able to work weekends Must be able to lift 50 lbs This is a traveling position throughout Central and Eastern WA. Company vehicle will be provided based on a clean driving record. $18.75 - $20.00 an hour based on experience Shift times vary based on scheduled jobs but start time is usually 5pm - 1am Full Time Position
