Full-Time Nanny/ Household Manager Needed

A family in the Shorewood Hills area in Madison is in need of a full-time nanny/ household manager to care for the children and make sure that the home is running smoothly. They have two girls, ages 7 and 3 and a baby is due in February of 2022. The schedule needed is 7 am- 3 pm, Monday through Friday. They would love someone who can help with usual household activities (helping kids get ready for school, breakfast, school drop off, help with homework, playing with kids, taking them to the park/pool, housekeeping, cooking /assisting with meal prep, laundry, groceries, and running errands). A nanny that is comfortable driving in the snow is essential. They are seeking a dependable, energetic, nurturing, optimistic, COVID vaccinated, organized, problem solving, kind and compassionate disciplinarian, Spanish/English speaking, and all around AWESOME nanny/house manager. They would also like someone who is self motivated and can see what needs to be done and do it. The parents discipline philosophy is gentle and loving. The mother is a stay-at-home mom. The grandmother is also living in the home, so the nanny may see her from time to time. The family’s hobbies include ski jumping, mountain biking, bike riding, swimming, board games. The pay is negotiable and between $19 and $23/ hr depending on experience, qualifications, and the right fit. They are open to providing Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation Time, Gas Mileage Reimbursement, Paying for Nanny's CPR/First Aid Training, any the nanny is welcome to eat any food in the home. This position begins ASAP.
