We are searching for individuals who are experienced in the installation of Windows and Doors. ALL WORK LOCAL TO THE QUAD CITIES Essential Job Functions: Install windows and doors according to Manufacturer standards and procedures. Apply interior and exterior finish work as needed for every application. Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments. Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion. Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect. Requirements: Minimum 2-5 year of REPLACEMENT window/door experience. Ability to climb ladders with windows that weigh up to 100lbs. Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout the year. Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members. Quality of work standards. While working with our Install Techs, the Installation Leads are responsible for the quality of the finished install, as well as for answering homeowners’ questions about the operation of products and connecting the homeowner with the office to receive final payment.
