Commercial property management company looking for a general maintenance/handyman to help maintain a portfolio of commercial retail shopping centers. Must have general knowledge and ability in a wide variety of maintenance related areas. This position can vary from part-time to full-time depending on amount of work needed. Applicant must have/provide: -Their own reliable vehicle in order to commute between properties throughout the Denver Metro area. -A general set of tools to be able to perform required tasks. -Their own liability/vehicle insurance. -General computer knowledge for tracking hours/billing of time.
