Job description I. POSITION PURPOSE Responsible for the day-to-day mowing and grooming operations of the golf course and grounds II. ACCOUNTABILITIES • Properly walk mow greens, repair ball marks and report problems to management • Properly mow tees, including resetting of tee markers • Properly groom bunkers, including removal of weeds and notify management of improper sand conditions • Use small equipment, including string trimmer and push mowers • Practice “clean as you go” and general housekeeping duties • Punctual and ready to work at start of each day’s activities • Other duties as assigned III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified • Ability to read and write • Ability to operate all tools and equipment used in day-to-day operations • Current, valid Driver’s License • Demonstrated organization and coordination skills and ability to meet deadlines and multi-task • Possess a calm, efficient and helpful manner and be able to work under pressure under tight deadlines • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards • Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building skills • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service IV.
