EXPERIENCED ROOF REPAIR TECH NEEDED JOB SUMMARY: WCM Construction and Roofing, LLC is looking for an EXPERIENCED roof repair technician to join our team in the Winter Haven area. This person must be an organized, self-motivated individual who can effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and other team members to accomplish the project scope on schedule, within budget, and to the specified level of quality. DUTIES: *Responsible for repairing new client and warrantied roofing leaks *Communicates with customers and other staff regarding job status and needs *Conduct general inspections/scope of work for potential repairs/replacements *Diagnoses and documents the cause of the leak *Provide a complete scope of work to be performed for additional repairs needed *Make all necessary repairs to fix leaks and document repairs completed *Make emergency repairs when needed *Ensures all repairs are completed correctly in a timely manner and client is satisfied *Will be expected to work with roofing crew when service work not available MUST HAVE: *Minimum of 5 years of roofing experience in each of the following roofing systems: shingles, metal, TPO, modified bitumen *Valid Driver’s License *Reliable transportation to office- a service truck will be provided for work hours *Ability to carry ladders, tools and supplies DETAILS: **Full time position **Pay based on experience **Drug free work environment, that is family owned and operated Please email or call our office to be considered for this position.
