Production Associate: Our client is the world’s leading supplier of Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs), their pooling system ensures greater efficiency because people rent RPCs, not purchase, they save money, space, and time. And they manage the entire process from delivery to the collection, sortation, inspection, and sanitization. Job Description: Production Team Member: The Production Team members work in a variety of rolls of the system process to take used crates, take them through the automated washing process, and produce clean ready to use products. First, set up the workstation at the beginning of the shift to ensure all items are in place and ready to begin. During the operation you will be pulling plastic crates off the rack, opening them, and placing them on the conveyor belt. You will constantly monitor the machines for smooth operation and looking for problems with the plastic crates. Other duties include loading and stacking the crates prior to entering the process and providing quality control on the back end. Skills and Experience: • The ability to show up on time and be ready to work • Stand during your shift • Follow instructions and Safety Procedures Pay: • $14.75/hr • $15.75 Graveyard ***Currently earn A $3/HR bonus for every hour worked up to 40hrs until September 21st. Your pay will be $17.75/hr. until that time for the day and Swing Shifts and $18.75/hr for Graveyard. *** Shifts: • Day: Mon-Fri 5:30 am- 2 pm • Swing: Mon-Fri 1:30 pm- 10 pm • Grave: Mon-Fri 9:30 pm- 6 am PrideStaff Portland is a locally owned and operated Staffing Agency.
