Seeking a general landscape groundskeeper to join our team! We are looking for a responsible and reliable team member to ensure the community grounds meets our quality community standards. The landscape groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining our community grounds in our residential manufactured community. Job duties will consist of mowing, blowing, trimming, fertilizing, planting, raking, weeding, painting, pool care and any other related task as assigned or requested. Must be able to lift heavy equipment. May require emergency after hours on call service. Valid drivers license required.
