BLACK CAT MISSING

i lost my cat on August 7. Please contact me if you found it. My kids left the door open, he got out and never came back. He's almost 4 years old and he's all black, he's got green eyes and a few white hairs on his tummy. Also he was 18 pounds when he got lost ( but maybe he's not anymore) the address where he got lost from is 502 south austin st, webster TX 77598. please if anyone found a cat that could be him in this area let me know. I already contacted animal control but they said they haven't pick up a cat like mine this month. I'm willing to pay a reward if i'm sure he's actually my cat
