We are looking for local candidates only. We are a well-established custom home builder in the Treasure Valley looking to expand our skilled team. We are looking for a New Home Construction Project Manager/Superintendent to run our job sites in the Treasure Valley. The objective of this position is to be responsible for the successful completion of all work in assigned areas as it relates to cost control, scheduling, quality control, customer satisfaction, safety, and general supervision. Work closely with the Owner, Construction Manager and other key personnel on all projects assigned Must be extremely dedicated and looking for potential growth in your career "mindset" Complete duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor, the Owner and the Construction Manager. Comply with construction specifications and standards Utilize internal scheduling system to ensure timely completion of projects Responsible for a quality building process and product Take an active part in the building completion process. Set and maintain high standards of performance by subcontractors and suppliers Salary DOE Job Requirements Qualifications and Skills Ability to work independently Strong organizational and communication skills The ability to hold subcontractors accountable for their work Excellent customer service capabilities with a strong work ethic Willing to manage operations on multiple projects Must be accountable and self-disciplined A self-motivated individual with a high energy level as well as a positive attitude Basic computer skills, experience using Word, Excel and scheduling software Ideal candidate will HAVE current experience working as an Assistant Superintendent / Construction Superintendent. Ideal candidate will HAVE custom home building experience. Demonstrate job stability and growth. No "job hoppers" will be considered. Job Type: Full-time
