CleanUp for Vacant Home (Columbia, SC) Compensation: $650 plus mileage We are looking for an Individual or two to go out to a vacant property of ours. We need the contents of the home to be emptied and removed as well as anything on the outside of the home. Some demo will be required for damaged portions of the home. - We will provided the dumpster to complete this project. (we will need a date of delivery for the dumpster) - We pay Mileage with prove ($.35/mi) - Pay within 48 HRS of completion with photo documentation. Photos must include front of the home, back of the home, front angle and opposite back angle. As well as, pictures of each room (corner to opposite corner). - W9 required for payment.
