The hardest thing is to get enough DOGS and CATS to use as BAIT during TRAINING. One good source is to check local ADS that offer FREE dogs and cats as pets. Even ones with small rehoming FEES because I'm going to make that back. My significant other or partner dresses all nice, plays the part, and gets them easy. If that don't work, I pay someone to snatch them out of people's back yard, etc. Just leave the gate open, or the collar still attached to a lead and they think dog just got loose. Dog fighting and fighters exist. Don't support the backyard breeders, either. After females are used enough, they get dumped on back roads, forgotten. It's all about the money, that's it!
