Sleeping In Car Due To Mold. Need Church Parking Lot To Plug Heater

I'm very sick from mold in my apartment and can't stay there. Landlord is blaming me because he doesn't want to pay to fix. Can't stay at sister because lots of chemicals from renovations. Day 4 sleeping in my car. Very scary and noisy sleeping at a rest stop. I don't have credit or a job, to get another place. A church let me sleep in their parking lot last night, but it got very cold and I can't plug a tiny heater (200 watt) in there. Thank you
