Job Description A Maintenance Crew Leader will maintain our commercial and HOA accounts by mowing, string trimming, edging, shrub trimming, etc. The ideal candidate will over see 2 to 7 people on a crew at any given time. Responsibilities • Use equipment safely and efficiently • Report any issues seen outside of task performed while working • Report to work on time Requirements • Experience with zero turn mowers • Must have 1-year minimum experience as a Crew Leader • No scheduling conflicts, must be able to work up to 50 hours per week if needed • Positive attitude and work ethic • Must be able to work at a fast pace in the heat of the summer on a daily basis • Ability to lift 50 lbs. • Valid Colorado Driver’s License • Clean driving record Preferred Skills • Proficient in mowing (commercial mowers) and string trimming Salary • $18-22/hr.
