Chicago construction company looking for a union laborer that knows earthwork, including layout and grade checking for site grading and building foundation excavation work. Ability to read site and building plans required. Needs to be able to do layout using scale/plans methods. Can comfortably layout for foundation excavation using construction staking placed by surveyors. Knows how to set up and use an elevation laser. Vast majority of work is throughout the Chicagoland area. Knowing utility or demolition work, an added plus.
