PJS is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated, great personality, detail oriented individual who has experience in commercial cleaning. Schedule: 1st shift option- Full Time: 11am-8pm OR 12pm-9pm (Wed-Sun) 2nd shift option- Part Time: 11am-3pm, 4pm-8pm, 12-4pm or 5pm-9pm. (Wed-Sun) Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching. Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and parking lots. Remove trash from commercial properties perimeter daily. Must be able to function as main contact for client and tenants in building, using high level of professionalism and communication skills. Must have ability to work with little to no supervision and be able to independently determine tasks to complete daily. Duties may include cleaning and maintaining carpets, and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Dusting furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning windows, restrooms and other normal cleaning and maintenance duties.
