Construction cleaning company seeking experienced construction cleaner and window cleaners ONLY SERIOUS APPLICANTS APPLY, LOOKING TO HIRE IMMEDIATELY, PLEASE ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES All Service phases of construction cleaning and janitorial cleaning. Must be in good physical shape, a detailed hustler, no slacker, you will have a budget time to complete jobs. Dusting and washing of all surfaces to include fans, light fixtures, cabinets (inside and out), baseboards, walls and ceilings. Removal of paint, stucco, other construction materials from windows/floors. Work with Lacquer thinner. Acid wash, vacuum and/or mop floors. Clean Windows. Janitorial jobs open also. *JOB REQUIREMENTS Neat, clean appearance. Drug testing done random. Zero Company tolerance for drugs. Work with lacquer thinner Able to interact comfortably with customers and co-workers Able to regularly lift to 50 lbs. Able to climb and work up on a ladder. Must be physically fit for frequent standing, walking, twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching and kneeling Must have reliable transportation. Valid Florida Driver’s License Pass Background check.
