Sub contractor assistant for apartment renovations. Looking for someone that can work independently. Knowledge includes changing door knob, electrical plates, clean up, carry tools and boxes up stairs to apartments. Room to upgrade your contracting agreement to a higher rate per hour. This is low level contractor position. Must have own tools, including cordless drill,basic hand tools. Must provide proof of insurance and license if driving on apartment properties. Pickup truck a plus. We are requesting you to be vaccinated and proof of vaccination. Must being willing to follow all COVID-19 protection protocols. Hours vary weekly including possible Saturday work. Must be able to help finish jobs within contracted timeline is a must. At this time you will be 1099.
