Young guy in a violet purple chevy truck with matching flames and UNM plates. Seen this truck driving erratically on Broadway then at the light on Gibson and Broadway seen him harassing and following another vehicle. Seem to be drunk or on drugs with a possible weapon! Was reported to police! Could not get the license plate of the vehicle just that it was a UNM Plate. Any additional info is greatly appreciated.
