Element Construction Services is looking for motivated individuals to join a new, fast growing company. Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred but we will train the right person. Must be able to perform a variety of physical tasks. Current and valid driver license is required. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare jobsites for work - Clean and maintain jobsites and equipment - Load/unload tools and materials - Operate basic hand tools - Demolition work - Follow company and safety protocols Skills and Qualifications: - Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace - Be reliable, self-motivated and punctual - Ability to follow specific written and verbal instructions
