Found black dog

Anyone missing a small/medium black dog? Male, not fixed. Looks like maybe a boxer or pug mix. Just caught him running down Fessenden heading west towards Portsmouth. Very shy and scared but sweet. Collar but no tags. If haven’t found owners will take to get scanned for a chip tomorrow. Please be able to show proof he is yours :)
