Couch hoisting services needed

The new couch we ordered doesn't fit through the staircase in the building and needs to be hoisted onto the second floor. There is easy access on the building walls as it is an open hallway structure to the outside and a pulley system would be easy to install. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
