We have multiple locations all across the Richmond area (as well as Hopewell, Petersburg, Chesterfield, and Henrico) with the ability to keep you close to home! Responsibilities: • Painting • Electrical • Plumbing • Work Orders • Apartment Turns • General Apartment Maintenance * HVAC experience preferred but not required * -Entry level jobs available as well in grounds/cleaning Reliable transportation, a strong and self-motivating work ethic, excellent listening and execution skills, and 100% dependability are an absolute must.
