Overview: Quaid Harley-Davidson is looking for a Janitor, or Custodian/Lot Porter, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Requirements: Ability to easily lift 50 lbs. Ability easily to climb stairs. Ability to ride a motorcycle.Ability to manage your time efficiently. Work well when supervisors are not present. Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning and other janitorial work Eligible to legally work in the U.S. Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday – Saturday. Starting wage: $15/hour. Duties include, but are not limited to: Check floors for gum and scrape off Check for burnt out light bulbs, and change bulbs Clean all bathrooms/lunchroom, daily Clean ashtray Clean Owner's offices Clean out refrigerator in lunch room Cut down weeds in the field Disinfect "high touch" areas (hand rails, door knobs, etc) Empty all trash cans, daily Mop showroom floor Scrub rubber steps leading to upstairs Spot wipe walls Sweep service shop area Sweep under racks & vending machines Vacuum "brick" floor in showroom Vacuum upstairs carpet Wipe down baseboards Wash Motorcycles Please apply online with Quaid Harley-Davidson, Inc at:
