This request to change the protocol is not a reflection on Biden. This request is a direct result of people fearing a mentally unstable leader like Trump in office again. There is no chance that a bill like this could be passed with an egocentric person in office. Now is the time to make changes that will make our future more secure. You never know what a loony will be in the Oval Office again.
