We are looking for a mature individuals who would be responsible for: Monitoring 3 buildings and grounds to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment. Follow all written and verbal instructions. Perform various cleaning activities to include sweeping and mopping tile surfaces, floor space, replacing paper supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and vacuum carpeted areas. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored in appropriate areas. Maintain lobby entrances, clean glass, vacuum, sweep floors Clean rest rooms to include disinfecting toilets, sinks and floors, and restocking rest room supplies as needed. Remove trash and dispose of in designated areas both inside and outside. Must have good oral and written communication skills, be able to lift up to 20Lbs. have good dexterity and be able to stand for long periods of time. The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation and be able to pass background check. High School Diploma Preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10.50 - $11.00 per hour
