I’ve been informed by my other half that I need to be more active. I’ve apparently lost some muscle mass (her words) and I need to eat better, exercise more, and quit drinking beer (not a daily drinker but I’m not quitting 100% lol).
Anyway, I’m thinking of joining the Y. I visited a couple of other gyms but they were either overrun with kids or everyone was trying to be a muscle head. Not my cup of tea. I thought I’d see what others opinions of the Y were before visiting. I’m an older guy so I just need to keep the joints free and apparently gain back some muscle mass.
