Looking for a contractor with the resources to handle 10-15 renovations per month. These jobs will vary in location across ~30 metro ATL counties. Not complicated jobs, will usually be relatively simple work. Average house will be a mid 1990s build needing cosmetics and various small repairs. 150k-300k price points, nothing luxurious. However the items needed on each house will vary- so you need to be able to address anything a house may need.
