Bass and Drums for Instrumental Surf Rock

I am seeking a bass player and drummer who are reliable, dependable, and committed to perform about once a month for an hour at a small space that I am able to book in Mesa. It's instrumental surf rock. This could be a good side project for a bassist or drummer as we will meet at this space and perform improvised music. I'm looking for someone who would be comfortable playing improvised to a certain key or general mood for a song. I'm also looking for someone with dynamics who can play at a moderate or softer volume. I don't really intend to have us get together for regular rehearsals; I only think we should get together as-needed. I have had groups in the past that worked really well in these conditions and we were able to get some fun shows. Once I book a show and clear with everyone's schedule, I need someone who is committed to show up. I have had performers skip out at the last minute. I can understand that life gets busy, but it makes it tough to keep performance schedules together. I'm asking for bass or drummers who are able to be responsible and respectful, have transportation and at least some equipment to perform, being able to perform a gig without problems, doesn't do drugs or have a bad attitude.
