Company in need of a house/apartment cleaning service (multiple properties) M-F - 1099 Contractor position - Paid bi-weekly - Minimum "refresh" requirement - Maximum "deep clean" requirement - Extra pay out for properties over the minimum and maximum requirements - Cleaning supplies furnished Must be flexible and able to attend at short notice. Must have own reliable transportation, good communication, reliable and efficient.
