Ideally looking for folks with experience who know basic building practices, ideally more. Know how to read a tape. Know how to use saws, impact drivers, nail guns, etc. Most of all, show up to work every day and work hard. This is a FAST growing outfit and there is room to grow with us. Why are we a fast-growing outfit? We set ourselves apart because of our approach. We look at everything with an open mind and proceed by employing extremely modern/evolving methods, mix in some traditional techniques/materials and sprinkle it with some primitive methods.
