That 10 Minute Oil Change Place in North Arlington has been in business for 40 years, most of our employees have been there 20+ years. We're looking to add to our team. We offer paid holidays, paid vacation, health benefits and money towards tuition for college and the highest pay in the business. We're looking for self-motivated, reliable, people that don't make excuses and come to work to do their job right and help improve the shop and the conditions. Currently we have an opening for a manager, lower bay tech and upper bay tech. If you currently are working in the business and you want to move up financially and you're not afraid of a high-paced environment and you are able to multi-task, this is the right place for you. Pay is based on experience, qualifications and attitude. Valid driver's license is a must and bilingual is helpful but not necessary.
