We are a custom home building company on Maui looking for reliable Carpenters and Laborers to join our team. Candidate needs to have reliable form of transportation, good communication skills, and work well with others along with responsibilities listed below and other duties as assigned. Skilled Carpenter: 4-5 years’ experience in the residential construction trade Must have proven experience in doing residential framing. Experience and proficiency in all aspects of finish carpentry ex: hanging doors, windows, cabinet installation, siding and trim installation. Knowledge of the building process, use all tools proficiently, follow safety protocol. Ability to read plans Ability to layout Be able to work on a team, and independently as needed Capacity to hold oneself accountable. Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met Work with clients in a respectful and professional manner (i.e. great people skills) Must have own tools. Laborers: Set up/Clean up Ability to lift 100 lbs. Material handling Assisting Carpenters Room for growth and learning. Must be accountable, responsible, and punctual!
