Coffee Processing Laborer

Do you love being outdoors? Do you love working as a team? Do you have experience with laborer work? *Coffee processing experience is not required as we are willing to train on the job. Job Description – Attend to customer's dropping off coffee to be processed. Essential Duties: • Ensure customer's are attended to. * Unloading customer's cars * Weighing of coffee * Documenting transactions • Assist in processing of coffee • Assist in cleaning work area • Take instruction of daily milling tasks and execute daily assigned tasks • Conduct a safe work zone Required Qualifications: • Able to work outdoors for 8 hours a day • Able to walk on uneven terrain • Capable to repetitively lift or carry up to 110 lbs • Able to reach things above your head and below your knees Mental, Physical and Communication Requirements: • Able to speak/write in English • Must be able to do tedious and detailed work daily • Work under minimal supervision • Able to lift and carry 110 lbs. • Requires carrying 100 lbs. or more for a distance of 50 feet • Requires constant lifting of 100 lbs. or more for a height of up to 60 inches from the floor • Understand and follow the Company's safety program Normal Work Hours: • Must be able to work – 7:00 am - 3:30pm - open availability including weekends and holidays Benefits: • Full time employees receive medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage • Up to 80 hrs vacation and 40 hrs sick paid leave provided annually for employees meeting requirements • Paid Holidays • 401k Match • Employee discount • Paid Holidays If you feel you would be perfect for this job, please stop by our Greenwell Farms Administrative Office at 81-6581 Mamalahoa Hwy, Kealakekua Hi. 96750 to fill out an application and take a quick interview.
