Strong, fit individual required for 1-3 shifts scheduled for Friday, Saturday, Sunday evening / night. Restaurant cleaning and set-up. References will be checked. On the books. No cash pay. 2 - 4 hours per shift, depending on pace at which individual works. Flat rate $125/shift if 1 person; $85/shift if 2 people. Shift time is reduced by half if 2 people are on the shift. Sometimes there is 1 person, sometimes 2. SHIFTS: FRIDAY: Start time 10-11pm, End time 1am-2am SATURDAY: Start time 11pm-12am, End time 2am-3am SUNDAY: Start time 8pm-10pm, End time 10pm-12am Occasional Weekdays / Saturday afternoons To apply, send resume including education.
