Residential building is seeking a porter. Starting salary is $15 per hour, increase to $18.375/h once transferred to union in 3-6 months. Paid time off and medical benefits through the union. 40 hours per week, days evenings, weekends. Duties will include, but not limited to: - upkeep of grounds, building exteriors and management office, parking lots and common areas of multifamily residential buildings, including bathrooms; - regular daily trash removal and recycling; - moving large heavy pieces of furniture; - operating cleaning equipment such as buffing machine; - snow removal. Seeking a candidate who: - has building maintenance related experience; - has basic knowledge of conversational English and authorization to work in USA; - can use a phone to take pictures; - is hardworking and able to work with minimal supervision.
