Civility 360 - Inspiring Civility In The Workplace & Beyond Every person you meet, must be the most important person to you at that time, because they are. Gain knowledge with tips and tools to creating a civil environment that helps to maintain healthy boundaries both in and out of the workplace. Key Elements: 1. Civility is not just what you do in your workplace; apply and sustain civility 360 degrees. 2. Learn the six key principles in civility and how they apply to work and every day life. 3. Be exposed to several tools to increase the level of civility 360. 4. Hear concrete, real life examples of how those principles have been used. Speaker(s): Stephanie Bellin, the owner of Bellin Training Solutions LLC, has more than 28 years of Human Resources experience. Stephanie works with companies across a broad range of industry sectors including: health care, manufacturing, retail, education, construction and banking. Stephanie's Human Resources philosophy is to ensure everybody feels as though they matter, while working to help organizations to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, and that employees are productive in a way that is value added for all. Stephanie's services include individual accountability coaching, manual and policy writing, conflict resolution/mediation, engagement survey review with action plan building and onsite training/ development in three areas; HR soft skill, wellness and HR compliance. Stephanie enjoys working with organizations to customize their needs based on their mission/vision and cultural atmosphere to ensure the best results. Pending approval for 1.5 HR (General) recertification credit hours toward aPHR™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™, SPHRi™ through the Human Resource Certification Institute SHRM PDCs: 1.5 (pending) Oshkosh Area SHRM is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. Cancellations are accepted up to one (1) day before the program.  Substitutions are allowed.  If you RSVP and fail to show, you will be invoiced accordingly. The Oshkosh Area SHRM chapter was started in June of 2009 and officially chartered by SHRM on October 15, 2009.  Our goal is to provide quality HR-related programming, networking opportunities, and professional development to HR professionals who live or work in the greater Oshkosh, WI area.
