Studio room available for hourly use. $15/hr but we can work something out depending on the amount of time you need. This is a small room with desk, studio monitors, digital piano, analog poly synth, and analog mono synth. There's also a 5 string bass. The room is currently not fully sound treated but will be in the coming days. This is NOT a band rehearsal space -- live drums are not allowed. This is good for a song writer, producer, or instructor. Sometimes I even rent the room to people who just need a private place for Zoom meetings. If interested, shoot me an email with your name and a little about yourself and what you do. This is my personal work space, and I reserve the right to approve or deny anyone as I see fit. Must have valid ID and verifiable home address. As of 8/24 I still have some time open through the end of the month, so hit me up!
