Facilities/Operations Working Supervisor The Begley Companies, an Industrial and Investment Real Estate Brokerage and Asset Management Corporation, is currently seeking a Facilities/Maintenance Working Supervisor. This position maintains buildings and equipment for multiple sites in and around Woburn, MA. Building and equipment maintenance includes light carpentry, basic plumbing, minor electrical, interior/exterior painting and general labor. This position also periodically coordinates with outside contractors to complete more advanced projects. This position will work with a small team of employees, as well as independently, must have a strong work ethic, be self-driven, and proactive and reliable. This is a salaried position based upon experience and proven dependability. Strong consideration will be given to training cost reimbursement. Job hours are 8-4:00, M-F, with the possibility of occasional emergency repair calls.
