Description
Alpine Property Management, Corp. located in Concord MA, is seeking an experienced, dependable and hard working person with excellent general maintenance skills (carpentry, painting, masonry, minor plumbing and electrical, etc.). Construction Supervisor's license or Home Improvement license preferred but not required.
The job will require working on your own or with other maintenance staff visiting 1 to 2 properties a day to complete given work orders.
This is a full time year-round job with benefits. Additional profit sharing bonuses when working on contract jobs.
Phone allowance and van provided by company. You may drive the van to and from your house and keep it parked at your home.
Basic set of tools is required.
Our office is located in Concord, Massachusetts. You must live within 30 minutes driving distance of Concord.
