Person(s) needed immediately... A. For local grocery store merchandising in Marshfield, Pembroke, Plymouth, Carver, Halifax area. We sell Cape Cod and Wise chips, Snyder pretzels, and Lance crackers among other partner brand products. We need people to put product after it's delivered to the stores out in the aisles and on displays. No heavy lifting beyond 5-10 lbs a box but can be physically demanding as you need to be able to carry/stack or move boxes of pretzels, crackers, cookies, etc. Hours and days can be flexible but reliability and professionalism is a must. Most deliveries occur in the morning and typically we prefer stores to be serviced by early afternoon. Looking for someone with professional casual, a good attitude and their own transportation. Experience is not necessary, we will train, but preference is given to someone with a similar skillset and/or work experience. Duties include rotating stock by expiration dates, stocking shelves, filling display spaces, and writing orders. Being reliable, neat, self-driven, and professional is key to representing our company in stores and hourly wage increases. Hours available are between 10 to 30 hours a week. Starting pay $15 hour to train, $18 with references and experience. Age 18+ to apply please. High School/college students are okay. B. For delivery drivers to run deliveries of our product from our Easton warehouse to the above store areas on the South Shore. Good driving record, retail delivery experience, and ability to lift heavy boxes of pretzels, crackers, cookies, and chips. Duties include loading pallets, unloading pallets and occasional hand stacking on and off the truck, using handheld computers to check-in deliveries with store receivers, keeping paperwork of deliveries weekly, and interacting with store employees. Hours are early morning to early afternoon. Days and work schedule has some flexibility but reliability is a must. The ideal candidate needs to be able to manage time well and make multiple windows for delivery at multiple stores. Base pay to train with a similar skillset $18 hr, with retail delivery experience $20 hourly. Possibility of working based on commission for the right candidates. Approx 35-40 hours a week to start with additional hours when available. C. Part-time warehouse help needed in Easton. General labor sorting boxes/orders, building pallets for store delivery and possibly loading trucks for deliveries when needed. Must be able to work independently and lift/carry/stack boxes of pretzels, crackers, cookies, and chips. Hours and days are flexible for the right candidate. Base pay is $13 hourly to train, $15 with experience. Approx 15 - 20 hours a week to start with additional hours when available. All positions will be self-employed and receive a 1099 for their taxes. Currently, there are no benefits available.
