WELLcome back! A barre3 Class benefiting Girls on the Run at Athleta Rockville Join barre3 Bethesda, Athleta Rockville and Girls on the Run of Montgomery County for a heart-pumping, joy-filled WELLcome back and a chance to connect with friends old and new! This event is a donation based class, with 100% of proceeds going to Girls on the Run. To secure your spot, sign up now! Space is limited. What to Expect: A 45 minute full body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness. Each attendee will receive a special gift bag filled with a $15 Athleta shop card and other goodies from local partners. Join Athleta directly after class for refreshments and a private shopping experience. The event will take place at Congressional Plaza in Rockville in front of the Athleta store Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check-in and get settled in your spot. Bring your smiles, mats, water bottles, optional handheld weights and get ready to move your body! *Limit one ticket per person. Ages 14+ COVID Safety: This outdoor class is mask optional. All participants may workout without a mask as long as their mats are spaced 6+ feet or more apart. Masks must be worn while indoors, in adherence to Montgomerry County Guidelines. GIRLS ON THE RUN:The mission of Girls on the Run of Montgomery County is to deliver a quality program that educates and prepares young girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living. Girls on the Run knows that its mission is more important now than ever before – COVID-19 has caused an increase in feelings of loneliness and isolation, and a decrease in opportunities for physical activity for youth. This fundraiser will help Girls on the Run of Montgomery County provide scholarships to cover program costs so that all girls who wish to participate are able to do - they award more than 25% of participants financial assistance each season!
