Washington Avenue and Susquehanna Avenue from 11 AM till 2 AM (behind the Post office and across the street from Palisades). This garage is located at the NW corner of Washington Avenue and Susquehanna Avenue. The address is 100 West Susquehanna Avenue, Towson, Maryland, 21204. 2. The Library parking garage from 5 PM till 2 AM. This garage is located on East Chesapeake Avenue between the Towson Public Library and Maryland District.
